Campus Recruitment Consultant – Saudi National

About the role

The Campus Recruitment Consultant will design and execute EY's campus hiring strategy in Saudi Arabia, focusing on nationalization and increasing female participation. You will partner with business leaders and universities to attract top talent for internship and graduate programs.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with stakeholders to define growth goals and develop a campus recruitment strategy aligned with nationalization targets.
• Analyse service lines and recruitment trends in KSA to create innovative campus initiatives.
• Develop headcount plans and provide strategic input on business forecasts.
• Advise on best‑in‑class recruitment approaches, target campuses, and market insights.
• Plan and manage campus activities, including presentations, seminars, sponsorships and recruitment days.
• Engage with universities, evaluate current networks, and expand to new campuses.
• Leverage digital platforms and personal networks to source candidates and promote EY’s EVP.
• Oversee the internship program, improve conversion rates to graduate offers, and ensure compliance with recruitment processes.
• Collect and record recruitment data, manage candidate communications, and identify process improvements.

Required profile

• Saudi national with strong knowledge of the KSA talent market and university landscape.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to develop strategic recruitment plans and translate them into actionable initiatives.
• Experience in campus recruitment, internship program management, or related talent acquisition functions.
• Proactive, innovative mindset with a focus on diversity and inclusion.
