Carting & Tender Supervisor (Logistics & Government Tenders)

About the role

The company seeks a dynamic professional to lead daily carting operations while managing government tenders through the Etimad platform. This dual‑focus role ensures efficient transport of goods and successful submission of competitive tender proposals.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise loading, unloading, and movement of goods, assigning drivers, helpers, and vehicles.
• Plan and monitor daily delivery schedules, track vehicle utilization and turnaround times.
• Coordinate with warehouse, dispatch, and operations teams to ensure accurate documentation.
• Monitor vehicle condition, arrange maintenance, and enforce safety and PPE standards.
• Handle full Etimad platform operations: identify relevant government tenders, prepare technical and financial proposals, upload compliance documents, and track tender status.
• Collaborate internally for pricing, costing, and approvals while ensuring compliance with Saudi procurement regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience using the Etimad platform and handling Saudi government tenders.
• Background in logistics, transport, or carting operations.
• High school diploma required; logistics or business diploma preferred.
