Category Manager – B2B Marketplace

About the role
We are looking for a Category Manager to join Noon Business, our new B2B marketplace in Riyadh. The role will shape the launch and growth of key product categories, working closely with suppliers and internal teams to deliver a seamless procurement experience for business customers.
Key responsibilities
- Define and build the initial assortment for the marketplace launch.
- Onboard and negotiate agreements with strategic sellers.
- Design pricing structures, quotation frameworks and margin ladders.
- Acquire and manage anchor B2B customers.
- Collect market feedback and relay insights to product and operations teams.
Required profile
- 5‑8 years of experience in category management or business development.
- Willingness to spend time in the market and operate with minimal structure.
- Bias for action and strong commercial instincts.
- Resourceful problem‑solver who acts like an owner.
