Category Manager – Quick Commerce

About the role

Anow is Amazon’s quick‑commerce platform in Saudi Arabia, delivering everyday essentials within 15 minutes. As a Category Manager you will own the performance of one or more product categories, translating senior strategy into daily execution and driving growth in a fast‑moving market.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily category metrics (GMS, units, availability, SWOOS) and flag gaps with root‑cause analysis.
• Identify missing ASINs, work with Vendor Managers to accelerate onboarding and expand in‑stock assortment.
• Support vendor negotiations and commercial terms under senior guidance.
• Conduct competitive analysis against Ninja, Keeta, Noon, and Hungerstation to uncover selection and availability gaps.
• Prepare inputs for commercial events (Ramadan, National Day, Back to School) including inventory forecasts and promotional plans.
• Coordinate with Replenishment and Inbound teams to resolve availability issues and meet in‑stock targets.
• Build and maintain dashboards and performance reports for weekly and monthly business reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in category management, buying or retail merchandising.
• Strong data‑analysis capability with ability to derive actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
