Catering Coordinator

About the role

Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh is looking for a Catering Coordinator to support its Catering Managers and Directors in planning and executing exceptional events. The role covers the administrative and logistical coordination of catering operations, ensuring smooth delivery of guest experiences. The position is designated for localization and is open to Saudi nationals only.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Catering Managers and Directors.
• Coordinate event logistics, including menus, guest inquiries and special requests.
• Prepare and manage contracts and invoices, and keep accurate event records.
• Communicate effectively with hotel departments to ensure seamless event execution.
• Assist in planning catering functions, from corporate events to social gatherings.
• Support management of meeting room bookings and availability.
• Maintain client information and manage follow-up actions.
• Use catering software such as Golden Sales and Catering to track event details.
• Work with the Food & Beverage teams to exceed guest expectations and assist with AV and tech coordination as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Catering or Conference Services.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proven interpersonal skills and client service orientation.
• Strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure, including evenings and weekends.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of AV, telecommunications and internet technologies.
• Proficiency in Golden Sales and Catering software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Creative flair in food and beverage proposals.
