Center of Excellence Doctor (GP)

About the role

My Clinic, a leading multispecialty outpatient provider in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Center of Excellence (COE) Doctor specialized in General Practice. The role focuses on delivering comprehensive, preventive, and chronic‑care services while leading COE programs and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough medical assessments, including history, physical exam, and diagnostic testing.
• Order, interpret, and act on laboratory, imaging, and other diagnostic results following evidence‑based guidelines.
• Manage chronic conditions through ongoing monitoring, medication management, and lifestyle counseling.
• Promote prevention and screening initiatives for individuals and families, providing education and early‑intervention strategies.
• Develop and implement comprehensive care plans in partnership with interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate, detailed documentation in medical records and population‑health dashboards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, guiding them through the care journey.
• Educate patients on disease self‑management, healthy habits, and medication adherence.
• Monitor patient groups, assess treatment response, and adjust care plans under MRP supervision.
• Contribute to achieving SPOs touchpoints and overall healthcare outcomes.

Required profile

• Medical degree with valid licensure to practice as a General Practitioner in Saudi Arabia.
• Experience in primary care, chronic disease management, and preventive health.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Commitment to patient education, quality improvement, and outcome measurement.
