Chat Operator – Remote (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Chat Operator to join our partner’s fully remote team in Saudi Arabia. You will monitor and improve AI‑assisted conversations on large‑scale online platforms, ensuring a high‑quality user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor chat conversations for extended shifts (8+ hours) to maintain smooth and appropriate interactions.
• Intervene when necessary to clarify tone, improve response quality, or correct content on behalf of AI companions.
• Track, evaluate, and analyze communication patterns between users and conversational agents.
• Assess AI‑generated replies, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
• Report technical or content‑related issues to support continuous AI refinement.
• Coordinate requests for supporting media (images, videos) aligned with user interaction needs.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused on repetitive tasks.
• Methodical, disciplined, and structured work approach.
• Good understanding of user behavior, basic customer psychology, and strong empathy.
• Interest in AI tools with a willingness to learn new systems.
• Fast learner with a proactive, growth‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent written Russian language skills and solid command of English.
