Chief Commercial Officer

About the role

We are looking for a visionary Chief Commercial Officer to drive the commercial engine of a leading national housing platform in Saudi Arabia. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will shape strategy, revenue growth, brand positioning and the end‑to‑end customer journey across a high‑visibility, mission‑driven organization.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute enterprise‑wide commercial strategy, go‑to‑market plans and pricing discipline.
• Lead sales performance, forecasting, target setting and revenue optimisation.
• Integrate sales, marketing, branding, customer experience and commercial governance to deliver a unified value proposition.
• Oversee community engagement and stakeholder relationships with residents, government partners and investors.
• Build long‑term commercial capability, governance frameworks and talent pipelines.

Required profile

• 15+ years of experience in real estate or a closely related sector.
• At least 7 years in senior executive leadership roles with proven commercial ownership.
• Demonstrated success in driving revenue performance and market penetration at an enterprise level.
• Strong track record of working across pricing, forecasting, target setting and commercial governance.
