Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – Construction & Infrastructure

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to steer a leading organization in the Construction, Contracting, EPC and Infrastructure sector based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Reporting directly to the Group CEO, the successful candidate will shape the company’s strategic direction, drive growth and ensure operational excellence across all business units.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the company’s long‑term strategic vision and business objectives.
• Oversee all operational functions to achieve profitability, efficiency and sustainable growth.
• Lead the delivery of large‑scale construction, EPC and infrastructure projects, ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Drive commercial performance, business development and market expansion initiatives.
• Maintain full P&L responsibility, budgeting, financial reporting and cost control.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients, government entities, investors and key stakeholders.
• Ensure robust corporate governance, risk management and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and inspire senior leadership teams, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships and investment prospects.
• Provide regular performance updates and strategic recommendations to the Group CEO and Board.

Required profile

• Proven executive leadership experience as a CEO, Managing Director, General Manager, Executive Director or Business Unit Head within a reputable construction, contracting, EPC or infrastructure organization.
• Demonstrated success in managing large‑scale construction projects and complex operations.
• Strong commercial acumen with extensive experience in business growth, contract management and operational leadership.
• Full P&L responsibility experience.
• Excellent strategic planning, negotiation and decision‑making abilities.
• Extensive stakeholder management experience with clients, government authorities, consultants and investors.
• Solid financial, operational and business management capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or related field; MBA or postgraduate qualification highly desirable.
• Fluent in English; Arabic preferred.
