Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

About the role

We are seeking a commercially driven Chief Executive Officer to lead a well‑established consulting firm in Saudi Arabia through its next phase of growth and an upcoming IPO. The CEO will shape strategy, drive profitability and ensure operational excellence across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the company’s long‑term growth strategy and market expansion plans.
• Lead the organisation toward IPO readiness, aligning operational and financial processes with investor expectations.
• Own full P&L responsibility, including budgeting, forecasting, cash‑flow management and long‑term financial planning.
• Build, mentor and inspire a high‑performing executive leadership team.
• Strengthen corporate governance, compliance, risk management and operational excellence frameworks.
• Drive business transformation initiatives to improve scalability and efficiency.
• Maintain strong relationships with the Board, shareholders, strategic partners, government entities, investors and key clients.
• Provide regular strategic updates to the Board and ensure achievement of commercial and financial targets.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience as CEO, Managing Director, COO, General Manager or Business Unit Director within a consulting, advisory or professional services environment.
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead high‑performing teams.
• Extensive track record of developing and executing growth‑oriented business strategies.
• Strong commercial acumen with deep experience in financial management, P&L ownership, budgeting and forecasting.
• Solid understanding of corporate governance, Board reporting and organisational accountability.
• Experience leading large‑scale business transformation and change initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
