About the role
Our client is a fast‑growing, technology‑driven organisation that builds scalable digital platforms for enterprise and government customers. The Chief Technology Officer will define and execute the technology vision, ensuring robust architecture and reliable delivery across all digital products.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the overall technology strategy, architecture, and delivery for multiple SaaS and enterprise platforms.
- Oversee engineering, product development, infrastructure, and cybersecurity functions.
- Build and mentor senior technical leaders and foster best‑in‑class development practices.
- Collaborate with product, commercial, and executive teams to align technology initiatives with business goals.
- Ensure scalability, security, and technical excellence of all systems.
Required profile
- Proven senior technology leadership experience in SaaS, platform, or enterprise environments.
- Strong architectural expertise with a track record of scaling complex systems.
- Experience managing large engineering teams and navigating complex stakeholder landscapes.
- Exposure to government or enterprise‑grade platforms in Saudi Arabia is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
