Civil Construction Manager (EPC) – Oil & Gas Separation Projects

About the role

Eram Talent is recruiting a Civil Construction Manager (EPC) for a leading oil and gas client in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on overseeing civil and mechanical installation works for major Gas Oil Separation Plant (GOSP) projects, ensuring delivery to Saudi Aramco standards.

Key responsibilities

• Direct daily construction activities on site, managing civil engineering and equipment installation phases.
• Coordinate and evaluate local and international subcontractors to align with project schedules and safety requirements.
• Champion zero‑incident safety culture and ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards and safety protocols.
• Review and approve construction methodologies, schedules, and resource plans.
• Provide regular progress reports to senior leadership and resolve site bottlenecks promptly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Extensive, verifiable experience as a Construction Manager on Saudi Aramco GOSP or similar oil‑and‑gas projects.
• Hands‑on expertise in managing heavy civil works and complex equipment installations.
• Proven ability to lead diverse subcontractor teams and enforce strict safety and quality standards.
