Civil Maintenance Supervisor – Al Kharj Farm

About the role

The Civil Maintenance Supervisor will lead all civil maintenance activities across Al Safi Danone's farm facilities, ensuring buildings, structures, and infrastructure remain safe, functional, and cost‑effective. This role combines planning, supervision, and continuous improvement to minimize downtime and support operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans for civil assets.
• Coordinate schedules and priorities to align with farm operational needs.
• Supervise maintenance teams handling buildings, furniture, and infrastructure.
• Conduct regular inspections, identify defects, and drive timely corrective actions.
• Monitor stock levels of materials and spare parts, optimizing resource utilization.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and technical documentation.
• Track performance metrics and recommend process improvements.
• Support evaluation of new equipment, materials, and maintenance technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in civil, facility, or infrastructure maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance practices.
• Proven ability in maintenance planning, scheduling, and resource management.
• Excellent problem‑solving, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
