Civil Supervisor – Facility Management (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

We are seeking experienced Civil Supervisors to join a Facility Management and Operation & Maintenance project in Saudi Arabia. The position is part of a ten‑person team responsible for overseeing civil works across multiple sites in the Gulf region.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily civil construction activities and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain schedule and quality standards.
• Monitor health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.
• Control budgets, track expenditures, and report progress to senior management.
• Conduct inspections, manage documentation, and oversee hand‑over procedures.

Required profile

• BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in facility management, building operation, or maintenance projects within Gulf countries.
• Fluent in English or Arabic.
• Willingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia for the duration of the project.
