Civil/Structural Inspector – Night Shift

About the role

Parsons is looking for an experienced Civil/Structural Inspector to join a high‑end resort and hotel project on the night shift. You will be responsible for ensuring that all civil and structural works meet the approved drawings, specifications, and international standards while maintaining a safe work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct nightly site inspections of concrete works, formwork, reinforcement, finishing, and structural modifications.
• Verify that only approved materials are used and that installation methods comply with project and industry requirements.
• Check dimensional accuracy, levels, and alignment of structural elements, documenting non‑conformances and tracking corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate inspection records, including daily reports, checklists, photographs, and as‑built documentation.
• Coordinate with contractors, site engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues and clarify findings.
• Enforce strict HSE requirements and report unsafe conditions promptly.
• Support the implementation of quality‑control procedures and contribute to continuous improvement of inspection practices.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a civil/structural inspector on building or hospitality projects.
• Strong ability to read and interpret structural drawings, civil layouts, and construction specifications.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common document/reporting tools.
