Client Advisor

About the role

As a Client Advisor at Loewe, you will be the face of the brand, delivering an exceptional and memorable experience to every visitor. You will work in a fast‑moving luxury environment, helping the store meet its sales targets while building lasting relationships with clients.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve individual and store sales objectives.
• Engage clients emotionally, providing personalized service through face‑to‑face interaction, email, phone or messages.
• Communicate the brand’s history, heritage and product stories.
• Develop and maintain a client book, keeping information up‑to‑date in company tools.
• Participate in visual merchandising according to Loewe’s standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure environment both front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house.
• Support inventory management and other back‑of‑house tasks.
• Adhere to company policies, grooming standards and behavioural guidelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience meeting individual goals and contributing to team results.
• Background in a customer‑centric retail role.
• Strong interest in fashion, art and culture.
• Inclusive, open‑minded, confident and adaptable attitude.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Result‑driven with a commercial mindset while maintaining a team‑player spirit.
