Client Relationship Manager – Arabic & English Speaker

About the role

Karibi Consultants, a Dubai‑based specialist in second citizenship and European residency by investment, is seeking a Client Relationship Manager fluent in Arabic and English. You will be the primary point of contact for high‑net‑worth clients throughout their citizenship and residency application journey, ensuring a seamless, compliant, and premium experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client relationships from onboarding to approval, coordinating with legal teams, government authorities, and internal departments.
• Identify and develop B2B partnership opportunities with private banks, law firms, wealth managers, real‑estate developers, and family offices to generate qualified referrals.
• Collect, review, verify, and organize all required legal and personal documentation.
• Prepare and coordinate application files in line with programme requirements and ensure timely submissions.
• Liaise with legal partners, due‑diligence providers, and government bodies.
• Maintain clear, regular communication with clients, providing updates and guidance.

Required profile

• Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic.
• Minimum 5 years experience as a Relationship or Account Manager serving VIP, HNW, or ultra‑high‑net‑worth clients.
• Proven business‑development or B2B sales track record, preferably in private banking, wealth management, real estate, or luxury client services.
• Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to manage multiple client files under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion with sensitive client and financial information.
