Key Account Manager Injectable Aesthetics - Central & Eastern KSA

About the role

Galderma, a dermatology company present in about 90 countries, is looking for a Key Account Manager for its Injectable Aesthetics portfolio in the Central and Eastern regions of Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on developing and strengthening strategic relationships with key accounts to support sales performance, market share and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen strategic business relationships with key accounts to support the growth of the Injectable Aesthetics portfolio.
• Achieve and exceed assigned business objectives, sales targets, market share goals and KPIs.
• Build and drive the implementation of joint business plans with key accounts.
• Foster collaboration across the account team, business managers and enabling functions such as training, marketing, finance and supply chain.
• Maintain continuous engagement with accounts to execute planned strategies and gather information for future initiatives.
• Gather business intelligence, monitor competitor activity and revise action plans to improve performance.
• Analyze account performance by reviewing sales, market trends and forecasts and reporting regularly.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of the injectable aesthetics market, including customer segmentation, clinic operations, market dynamics, competitors and portfolio positioning.
• Experience managing key accounts and driving business growth in the aesthetics, pharmaceutical, medical device or healthcare sectors.
• Ability to prioritize, act as a solution provider and take ownership of customer engagement and business performance.
• Excellent communication skills, able to build credibility and long-term partnerships internally and externally.
• Strong negotiation, business planning and account management skills.
• Ability to analyze sales and market data and turn insights into growth strategies.
• Excellent English and Arabic proficiency.
• KSA nationality is mandatory for this role.
