Cloud Engineer / Architect (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

Eram Talent is looking for a highly skilled Cloud Engineer / Architect to join its team in Saudi Arabia, working on-site in the SMP department. The role covers designing, implementing and managing cloud solutions that support clients' business objectives, including architecting scalable, secure and cost-effective infrastructures, supporting cloud migrations and optimising environments across AWS, Azure and Google Cloud Platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy cloud-based solutions aligned with organisational goals.
• Lead cloud migration projects, covering assessment, planning and execution.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code with Terraform, CloudFormation or ARM templates.
• Manage and optimise cloud resources for availability, scalability and security.
• Integrate on-premises and cloud environments with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor cloud performance and automate improvements.
• Advise on cloud best practices, security compliance and cost management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field; advanced degree a plus.
• 7+ years of experience in cloud engineering and architecture, preferably in multinational environments.
• Hands-on experience with at least two major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP).
• Relevant cloud certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Google Professional Cloud Architect are highly desirable.
