Cluster Director of Finance

About the role

The Cluster Director of Finance will act as a trusted advisor to the business, leading finance professionals across a portfolio of hotels. You will ensure robust control, compliance and financial performance while partnering with General Managers and other stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Drive financial performance for a portfolio of hotels within policy, regulatory and contractual frameworks.
• Partner with General Managers and internal functions such as Commercial, IT, Procurement, HR, Operations, Shared Service Centers, Owners and Asset Managers.
• Develop and mentor high‑performing hotel finance teams and participate in finance development programs.
• Implement and monitor compliance with hotel management agreements, reporting any issues to senior management.
• Provide accurate financial reporting, forecasts and projections to support strategic decision‑making.
