Cluster Director Of Finance

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Cluster Director of Finance to lead financial operations across our hotel cluster in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This senior leadership position will drive fiscal excellence, support business decisions and ensure compliance across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all financial operations and accounting functions across the cluster, ensuring accuracy, compliance and efficiency.
• Develop and manage comprehensive budgets, financial forecasts and long‑term financial strategies aligned with organisational objectives.
• Monitor and analyse financial performance metrics, identifying opportunities for cost optimisation and revenue enhancement.
• Lead, mentor and develop a high‑performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Prepare and present detailed financial reports and analyses to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, international financial standards and internal policies.
• Manage risk assessment and mitigation strategies related to financial operations.
• Collaborate with operational leaders to support business decision‑making through financial insights.
• Implement and optimise financial systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 + years of progressive experience in financial management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven expertise in managing multi‑site or cluster financial operations, preferably in the hospitality sector.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting principles and regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrated experience with ERP systems and financial management software.
• Excellent leadership, communication and presentation skills.
