Cluster Director of Finance

About the role

The Cluster Director of Finance will lead financial management and reporting for the Accor Plus cluster in Riyadh. This senior position supports the Cluster General Manager in strategic planning, budgeting and business development while ensuring compliance with Accor policies and local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts and long‑term financial plans for the cluster.
• Produce monthly financial statements, management reports and owner/corporate reports with variance analysis and actionable recommendations.
• Act as financial advisor to department heads, providing analytical support to improve operational performance and cost control.
• Support revenue optimisation initiatives in partnership with Revenue Management and Sales teams.
• Ensure compliance with Accor financial policies, ZATCA, Ministry of HR, Ministry of Tourism and other local regulations.
• Maintain strong internal controls and conduct continuous audits of revenue, expenses, assets and inventories.
• Oversee all accounting activities including accounts receivable/payable, general ledger, fixed assets and inventory controls.
• Lead, coach and develop the cluster finance team, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
