Cluster IT Coordinator for Luxury Resorts

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Cluster IT Coordinator to manage technology operations across Miraval The Red Sea and Grand Hyatt The Red Sea. The role ensures consistent, efficient, and secure IT services for two luxury resort properties.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshoot on‑site and remote issues across both hotels.
• Administer and maintain servers, network devices and Microsoft environments in line with Hyatt brand standards.
• Support implementation of IT projects, system upgrades and coordinate with external vendors.
• Enforce IT policies, procedures and cybersecurity protocols uniformly across locations.
• Conduct staff training on IT tools, systems and security best practices.
• Manage IT asset inventory, procurement, allocation and disposal tracking.
• Assist with data backup, recovery processes, system monitoring and audit preparation.
• Maintain documentation of infrastructure, configurations and issue resolution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• 2–3 years of IT experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Saudi national preferred.
