Cluster Purchasing Supervisor

About the role

The Cluster Purchasing Supervisor will lead sourcing strategies for Hilton hotels in Saudi Arabia, ensuring cost‑effective procurement and stable supply chains while delivering the hospitality experience. You will be responsible for supplier selection, contract negotiation and inventory management across the cluster.

Key responsibilities

• Support purchasing and receiving operations: oversee procurement, receiving processes and maintain appropriate stock levels.
• Collaborate with internal teams: work closely with outlet managers to align purchases with operational needs.
• Process invoices: review for accuracy, resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payment.
• Assist with supplier management: secure competitive pricing, place orders and track deliveries.
• Perform quality checks: inspect shipments to verify specifications, grade and quality standards.
• Supervise and develop the team: train, schedule and guide purchasing and receiving clerks.

Required profile

• Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences.
• Integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership and a sense of urgency.
• Diploma or degree in Business, Hospitality or Supply Chain Management (preferred).
• Experience in hospitality procurement or a similar industry.
• Leadership and team‑management skills.

• Proficiency in procurement systems and inventory software.
