Cluster Senior Sales Manager

About the role

The Cluster Senior Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales opportunities across multiple IHG hotel properties in Saudi Arabia. You will build long‑term, value‑based relationships with clients, analyse market trends, and ensure the hotels remain market leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop potential clients in offline segments and add them to the sales pipeline.
• Promote all hotel products and services through regular sales visits.
• Understand client requirements and match them with appropriate hospitality solutions.
• Provide after‑sales service recovery and escalate feedback to senior management.
• Achieve top‑line revenue objectives and set revenue targets for each segment.
• Implement cost‑effective sales activities and yielding strategies to maximise profitability.
• Report accurately on market competition, sales activities, and pipeline status.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Head of Department.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of sales experience in a 5‑star hotel environment, preferably in a cluster role.
• Strong market awareness, proactive attitude, and attention to detail.
• Hospitality degree or equivalent qualification.
• Excellent customer‑relation, problem‑solving, and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain a positive attitude in a busy setting.
• Valid driver’s licence preferred.
