CNC Programmer / Operator

About the role

Flowserve is seeking a CNC Programmer / Operator to join its manufacturing team. In this position you will set up and run a variety of machine tools to produce precision parts, ensuring high quality and compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate manual lathes, milling machines, and CNC lathes/mills to fabricate or modify components.
• Interpret blueprints, geometric tolerances, and work orders to determine machining parameters.
• Utilize precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, dial indicators, and depth gauges to verify part dimensions.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and assist with repairs.
• Follow established operational procedures, health‑safety guidelines, and regulatory compliance requirements.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with 5‑7 years of relevant manufacturing experience.
• At least 2 years of hands‑on machining experience in a production or repair environment.
• Clear verbal communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Basic understanding of health, safety, and environmental practices.
