Coil Tubing Equipment Operator

About the role

We are seeking a Coil Tubing Equipment Operator to lead onsite operations for our oilfield services. The role involves mobilising, operating and maintaining coiled tubing equipment while ensuring strict HSE and quality compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Mobilise and operate coiled tubing equipment to and from job sites following convoy and safety procedures.
• Participate in pre‑job risk analyses to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Promote company‑approved safety and operational policies at the wellsite.
• Rig up and rig down equipment according to company and customer standards.
• Prepare and mix chemicals in accordance with job procedures.
• Operate auxiliary equipment, troubleshoot issues and report defects to the Field Supervisor.
• Perform preventive maintenance and keep equipment clean and job‑ready.
• Inspect and repair treating connections as needed.
• Complete all required job logs, checklists and reports.
• Maintain a clean and organised base yard and coiled tubing inventory.
• Attend required HSE training and support service‑quality initiatives.
• Execute jobs according to the job program and customer specifications.

Required profile

• Ability to work onsite at wellsites and follow HSE and safety procedures.
• Willingness to attend mandatory HSE training and adhere to quality standards.
