Commercial Director

About the role

Exsab Investment Group is looking for an experienced Commercial Director to lead the commercial function of Mabna Stones Factory in Jeddah. Reporting to the CEO, you will shape the company’s commercial strategy, drive revenue growth and expand market presence in the Saudi construction and natural‑stone sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy and annual sales plan.
• Set and achieve sales targets, forecasts and commercial budgets.
• Lead sales, business development and major project bids, including Vision 2030 opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, developers, distributors and key customers.
• Negotiate commercial contracts and manage strategic accounts.
• Collaborate with Operations and Finance to improve pricing, margins and overall performance.
• Implement CRM, sales pipeline management and commercial governance.
• Recruit, lead and develop a high‑performing commercial team.

Required profile

• 12–15 years of commercial or sales leadership experience, including director‑level roles.
• Proven track record of revenue growth, pricing strategy and margin improvement.
• Experience in building materials, natural stone or related industrial/manufacturing sectors.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi and GCC construction market with established industry networks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or related field (post‑graduate preferred).
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
