Commercial Marketing Officer

About the role

The Commercial Marketing Officer will support the Commercial team by executing marketing and sales initiatives that strengthen our market presence, generate leads, and enhance client relationships across the marine and industrial sectors in Saudi Arabia. This role combines market research, lead generation, and client relationship management to drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research on customers, competitors, and trends relevant to the Saudi market.
• Identify and engage potential clients through calls, emails, visits, digital marketing, trade shows, and industry events.
• Respond to inquiries, prepare quotations and proposals, and follow up to secure contracts.
• Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and digital content tailored to the region.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to enhance brand presence and customer loyalty.
• Track and maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and project status; provide regular updates to management.
• Ensure all marketing and communication activities comply with local regulations and cultural norms.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in B2B marketing or sales, preferably in marine, industrial, or related sectors.
• Familiarity with Saudi Arabian market dynamics and business practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
• Diploma in Communication.
