About the role
The KA Commercial Supervisor is responsible for monitoring and controlling key account contracts, pricing, and financial reconciliations across all channels. The role ensures strong customer partnerships while supporting commercial strategies aligned with company objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor adherence to contracts, pricing structures, and trade terms.
- Ensure timely collections, reduce overdue payments (DSO), and validate claims and deductions.
- Perform daily status tracking, aging analysis, and quarterly bad‑debt calculations for all channels.
- Coordinate with sales, finance planning, and IT to ensure smooth execution and system readiness for pricing and D&A.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and manage monthly account reconciliations.
- Collaborate with Sales & IT teams and work with finance planning & settlement on pricing, margins, and collections.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in FMCG, retail or distribution.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a customer‑focused mindset.
