Community & Business Specialist

About the role

The Community & Business Specialist will act as a client‑facing liaison, driving the development, enablement and delivery of IT solutions across multiple client areas. Based in Jeddah, you will coordinate project activities, ensure quality standards and serve as a technical point of reference throughout the engagement lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Create and execute project work plans, adapting them to evolving requirements.
• Conduct engagement reviews, quality assurance and monitor day‑to‑day operational aspects of projects.
• Identify system deficiencies, document them and propose effective solutions.
• Review deliverables from IT service delivery teams before client hand‑over.
• Maintain complete and current project documentation.
• Hold regular status meetings with project teams and clients, communicating updates to superiors.
• Escalate or resolve issues promptly.

Required profile

• Works under routine supervision with minor discretion in problem resolution.
• Demonstrates ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Can plan, schedule and monitor own work within short time horizons.
• May interact with colleagues, customers and suppliers and influence within own domain.

Required skills

• General understanding of application programming, databases and ERP systems.
• Knowledge of system design and client/server, Internet, Intranet and Extranet architectures.
• Awareness of IT capabilities, emerging technologies and their application to client engagements.
• Ability to provide technical direction for development, design and systems integration.
