About the role
Franklin Templeton is seeking a Compliance Officer for its Saudi Arabia entity. Reporting to the VP of Global Compliance for the Middle East and Africa, the role supports senior management in meeting licence requirements and local regulatory obligations.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance the Compliance Framework to align with regulatory requirements, industry best practice, and business objectives.
- Serve as the Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) for the KSA entity, handling all statutory AML responsibilities.
- Initiate and implement compliance processes, policies, and procedures for the KSA business units.
- Provide expert regulatory and compliance advice to senior management and employees.
- Prepare and deliver board and regulatory reporting obligations.
Required profile
- Minimum 60 months (5 years) of experience in compliance, risk management, or regulatory roles.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English.
- Strong understanding of Saudi regulatory environment and Capital Market Authority requirements.
- Ability to work closely with senior management and cross‑functional teams.
