Computer Numerical Control Machinist

About the role

The CNC Machinist will work full‑time on‑site in Dhahran, operating and monitoring CNC machines to produce precision components that meet engineering specifications and quality standards. The role involves close collaboration with supervisors and engineers to ensure continuous improvement and safe production.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to produce precision metal parts.
• Interpret technical drawings, work orders, and blueprints to determine machining requirements.
• Select, install, and adjust appropriate tooling and machine settings.
• Perform routine checks and routine maintenance to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Inspect finished components for dimensional accuracy using calipers, micrometers and gauges.
• Document production output, quality results, and any deviations.
• Communicate issues and improvement suggestions to supervisors or engineers.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and adhere to safety, environmental and company policies.

Required profile

• Strong machine‑operation skills with safe setup, adjustment and operation of CNC equipment.
• Solid machining and milling experience producing precise metal components.
• Quality‑control experience, including part inspection and measurement documentation.
• Practical experience with industrial machinery, routine maintenance and minor troubleshooting.
• Technical diploma, trade‑school certificate or equivalent machining experience.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints and work instructions.
• Attention to detail, problem‑solving ability and commitment to safety and workplace cleanliness.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Dhahran and adapt to changing production priorities.
