About the role

The Concierge Agent ensures a welcoming and seamless experience for guests at our AMAALA property. You will maintain cleanliness, support other departments, and uphold Marriott’s high standards of service and safety.

Key responsibilities

Clean and organize guest rooms, equipment, and work areas.
Perform closing duties such as storing reusable goods, locking doors, and breaking down supplies.
Transport and sort dirty linen, restock clean linens, and maintain linen shelves.
Monitor sanitation and organization of assigned stations throughout the shift.
Assist other departments as needed to ensure optimal guest service.
Follow all company safety policies, report incidents, and complete required training.
Maintain a professional appearance and protect company assets.
Greet guests, anticipate their needs, and provide courteous service.

Required profile

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
No prior related work experience required.
No supervisory experience required.
No specific license or certification required.
