Concierge Agent – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

As a Concierge Agent at SLS The Red Sea, you will be the primary point of contact for guests, delivering personalized recommendations and seamless arrangements throughout their stay. You will work closely with hotel teams and local partners to ensure every request reflects the distinctive luxury spirit of the resort.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly, stay engaged during their stay, and create memorable, personalized experiences.
• Coordinate reservations for dining, transportation, spa, activities, and entertainment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Develop and recommend bespoke itineraries based on individual guest preferences and interests.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Shura Island and the wider Red Sea destination, including attractions, dining venues, and transportation options.
• Build and sustain professional relationships with trusted partners and service providers to support seamless guest arrangements.
• Handle guest feedback, special requests, and VIP courtesy calls with discretion and professionalism.

Required profile

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a guest‑facing role within an upscale or luxury hotel environment.
• Fluency in English with excellent communication skills and a polished, engaging manner.
• Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to multitask effectively.
• Professional appearance and the ability to represent the SLS brand confidently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with hotel property management systems such as Opera PMS.
• Experience using guest service platforms like MessageBox.
