Conference Producer – Saudi National

About the role

dmg events is seeking a Saudi national Conference Producer to design and deliver high‑quality summit and workshop programmes for its construction portfolio. You will be responsible for creating industry‑relevant content, securing leading speakers, and ensuring seamless on‑site execution.

Key responsibilities

• Produce summit, conference and workshop programmes that meet construction market needs.
• Manage CPD accreditation for all delivered programmes.
• Oversee on‑site delivery of programmes, coordinating temporary staff and ensuring adherence to schedules.
• Research and assess the viability of proposed programmes through market analysis.
• Identify, approach and confirm industry‑leading speakers, maintaining regular communication to avoid drop‑outs.
• Build and nurture relationships with industry leaders, institutions, advisory boards and associations.
• Collaborate with marketing to promote programmes and speakers.
• Provide sponsorship leads and participate in sponsorship calls as required.
• Network with delegates and speakers during events to enhance programme relevance.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years experience in content production for B2B events.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic.
• Strong networking and information‑gathering abilities.
• Ability to work independently under pressure and meet changing deadlines.
• Demonstrated analytical, critical‑thinking and negotiation skills.
