Construction BIM Architect – Arabic Speaker

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Construction BIM Architect who is fluent in Arabic and proficient in English to lead BIM implementation on large‑scale projects across the Middle East. The role involves coordinating multidisciplinary teams, ensuring BIM standards are met, and delivering high‑quality digital construction outputs from design through handover.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, manage and coordinate BIM models throughout design, construction and handover phases.
• Lead BIM implementation, enforce BIM Execution Plans and ensure compliance with client standards.
• Coordinate architectural, structural and MEP disciplines using BIM tools and conduct clash detection, model reviews and coordination workshops.
• Support 4D construction sequencing and 5D cost integration workflows.
• Integrate GIS, asset management and other digital construction processes into project delivery.
• Produce BIM deliverables, reports, presentations and project documentation.
• Collaborate with project managers, consultants, contractors and stakeholders to resolve design and construction issues.
• Mentor junior BIM staff and promote BIM best practices across teams.

Required profile

• 8‑10+ years of experience in BIM on large construction projects, preferably in the UAE/Dubai region.
• Master’s degree (MSc) or equivalent in Architecture, Construction Management or a related field.
• Native or fluent Arabic speaker with advanced professional proficiency in English.
• Strong architectural and construction‑management background.

Required skills

• Proficiency with BIM software such as Revit and Navisworks.
• Experience in clash detection, model coordination and BIM Execution Plans.
• Knowledge of 4D (construction sequencing) and 5D (cost integration) BIM workflows.
• Familiarity with GIS integration and digital construction processes.
