Construction Manager – Industrial & Warehouse Projects

About the role

ASMO Real Estate Solutions is looking for an experienced Construction Manager to lead the delivery of industrial and warehouse real‑estate projects across Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating and controlling all construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all construction activities for industrial and warehouse projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Plan, lead, organise, control and coordinate resources including designers, general contractors, subcontractors and consultants.
• Prepare tender documentation, evaluate bids and select contractors and service providers.
• Maintain communication with contractors, clients, internal stakeholders and government authorities, addressing issues or disputes promptly.
• Monitor project performance, implement continuous‑improvement measures and ensure compliance with best practices.
• Manage project documentation, quality control, cost management and risk assessments.
• Collaborate closely with Procurement and Commercialisation teams to align procurement processes and monitor project costs.

Required profile

• In‑depth knowledge of construction processes, methods, materials and standards for industrial and warehouse facilities.
• Comprehensive understanding of construction contracts and tendering procedures.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary construction teams.
• Strong ability to coordinate with internal departments and external authorities.
