Construction Manager

About the role

Parsons is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead logistics projects and road construction initiatives. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project execution, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, direct, supervise, and control the execution of business, technical, fiscal, and administrative functions for assigned projects.
• Develop and oversee Project Execution Plans, Health and Safety Plans, and QA/QC Plans.
• Establish program requirements, monitor draft and final deliverables for compliance.
• Follow up on project instructions, commitments, and stakeholder communications.
• Provide input on performance reviews and development plans for team members.
• Manage logistics aspects of construction and oversee road construction activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 15+ years of field construction experience.
• Experience with large civil, structural, or industrial projects, preferably in domestic or international settings.
• Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes and industry best practices.
• Demonstrated experience in road construction.

Required skills

• Logistics management experience.
• Proficiency with engineering software such as CAD.
• Familiarity with project scheduling tools like Primavera P6.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
