Construction Manager – Luxury Fit-Out Projects

About the role

Mobco Group is looking for a senior Construction Manager with deep expertise in fit‑out and finishing works to lead a landmark high‑rise hospitality project in Diriyah. The role focuses exclusively on interior construction, luxury finishes, and MEP coordination at the fit‑out stage.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all fit‑out and finishing construction activities for high‑rise hospitality projects.
• Manage interior works including partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery, MEP final fixing and decorative finishes.
• Oversee luxury interior execution to ensure premium quality standards.
• Coordinate subcontractors specialized in fit‑out, interior design execution and finishing trades.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, mock‑ups and approved material standards.
• Supervise sequencing of finishing works in line with MEP final installations.
• Monitor site progress, conduct inspections and quality control checks.
• Resolve coordination issues between architectural finishes and MEP interfaces.
• Manage snagging, de‑snagging, testing and handover preparation activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Minimum 17 years of construction experience with a focus on fit‑out and finishing works.
• Proven experience in luxury hospitality projects and high‑rise interior fit‑out execution.
• Strong leadership, planning and site management abilities.
• Immediate availability to join the project.
