Construction Supervisor – Structural, Civil & Finishing

About the role

The Construction Supervisor will oversee civil, structural and finishing activities for healthcare facilities and other building projects. The role ensures material availability, productivity, safety compliance and effective coordination with the MEP team on site.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise execution of civil works performed by internal teams and external vendors.
• Provide and manage required materials for structural, civil and finishing tasks.
• Monitor progress, quality and safety standards closely.
• Identify and remove bottlenecks to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Assist the Civil Engineer with task completion and report material or manpower issues.
• Coordinate with the MEP team to facilitate their work.
• Prepare local purchase item lists and support procurement activities.
• Implement and uphold safety standards on site.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 3‑5 years of experience in a similar supervisory role.
• Saudi Council of Engineers certification.
• Excellent oral and written English and Arabic communication skills.
• Commitment to confidentiality, cybersecurity policies and company code of conduct.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Knowledge of civil and finishing works.
• Experience coordinating with MEP teams.
• Understanding of safety standards implementation.
