Consultant – Strategy & Operations

About the role

Impactors Consulting Services is seeking a full‑time Consultant to join its Riyadh office. You will work directly with client organisations to assess performance, uncover strategic opportunities and design practical solutions that drive measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct interviews, workshops and data collection with client teams.
• Analyse quantitative and qualitative data to identify gaps and growth levers.
• Prepare analytical reports, presentations and implementation road‑maps.
• Support the development and tracking of implementation plans and milestones.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional client teams and internal knowledge‑sharing initiatives.
• Contribute to business development activities such as proposal drafting and thought‑leadership content.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of consulting or relevant industry experience in strategy, operations or organisational transformation.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a track record of building structured recommendations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, fluent in English (Arabic a plus).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
• Interest in the Saudi and broader GCC market and commitment to ethical, inclusive conduct.
