Content Manager

About the role

The Content Manager will shape and execute end‑to‑end content strategies that strengthen Philips’ brand equity, boost consumer engagement and drive measurable business results across digital, social and campaign channels.

Key responsibilities

• Own and deliver an insight‑led content strategy across digital, social and campaign platforms.
• Develop and govern a structured content calendar aligned with brand and commercial priorities.
• Translate business goals into compelling, platform‑specific storytelling and narratives.
• Partner with agencies and cross‑functional teams to create, review and optimise content assets.
• Continuously track content performance, run tests and apply insights to optimise outcomes.
• Ensure consistency of tone, messaging and visual identity across all consumer‑facing content.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in content strategy or related fields.
• Strong storytelling ability and experience managing multi‑channel ecosystems.
• Analytical mindset with proven ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills in a cross‑functional environment.
• High ownership, agility and capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
