Content Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented and creative Content Specialist to shape the language of our mobile applications. You will craft, edit, and maintain engaging microcopy and help content that guides users through onboarding, notifications, in‑app messages, and more.

Key responsibilities

• Write, edit, and adapt clear, concise content for app screens, onboarding flows, push notifications, in‑app messages, help articles, and promotional experiences.
• Create, update, organize, and publish content using approved content management systems and publishing tools.
• Support content strategy aligned with brand standards, product goals, marketing campaigns, and user needs.
• Develop microcopy for UI elements such as buttons, labels, menus, forms, error messages, and tooltips.
• Proofread and ensure consistency, tone, accessibility, and compliance with editorial guidelines.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product information, pricing, policies, FAQs, and support instructions.
• Coordinate push notifications, banners, alerts, and in‑app messages to drive engagement.
• Assist with app store listings, release notes, screenshots, keywords, and SEO/ASO optimization.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Marketing, Engineering, Legal, and Customer Support teams.

Required profile

• Strong writing and editing abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Experience managing content for digital or mobile platforms.
• Understanding of user‑experience principles and accessibility best practices.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and adapt content for multiple markets.
