Continuous Improvement Specialist

About the role

The Continuous Improvement Specialist will lead the optimisation of data flows between SAP and MES systems, ensuring that planning, production and warehouse activities are synchronised and run without interruption. You will map end‑to‑end information streams using Value Stream Mapping, identify bottlenecks and data inconsistencies, and turn raw data into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse operational processes and ERP information flows to pinpoint inefficiencies.
• Develop, monitor and report KPIs that support data‑driven decision‑making.
• Collaborate with the Manufacturing Analyst to visualise bottlenecks and recommend corrective actions.
• Lead Lean Six Sigma projects (DMAIC, DMADV, 8D) to drive waste reduction, cost improvement and process standardisation.
• Deliver quick‑win operational fixes and long‑term process enhancements.
• Provide leadership with clear insights and financial justifications for strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with planning, production and warehouse teams.
• Experience applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement.
