Contract Administrator

About the role

The Contract Administrator will manage and maintain all employee and player contract records for the Women’s Football Department. This role acts as a liaison between Football, Human Resources, Finance and Legal to ensure contract data is accurate, up‑to‑date and compliant throughout each contract’s lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain, archive and update contract documentation from signing through termination and final settlement.
• Monitor contract expiry dates, renewals and amendments, coordinating updates with relevant departments.
• Support monthly payroll by providing accurate contract‑related data, including salaries, allowances, bonuses and deductions.
• Maintain attendance and absence records to aid payroll and compliance processes.
• Provide general administrative support to the Women’s Football Department and undertake additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in contract administration, HR administration, payroll coordination or a similar function.
• Proven ability to manage confidential employee records and documentation.
• Experience collaborating with HR, Finance and Legal stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, HR, Finance, Law or a related field.
• Fluency in Arabic and English with strong attention to detail and discretion.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant contract management systems.
