Contract Associate Manager

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Contract Associate Manager to lead and support contract management teams across projects and accounts in Saudi Arabia. The role involves collaborating with account leadership, client commercial stakeholders, and delivery teams to ensure contract compliance, risk mitigation, and value creation throughout the contract lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support contract management teams across multiple projects and accounts, aligning with client needs and account strategy.
• Identify, escalate, and resolve commercial and contract risks, working closely with project leadership.
• Participate in pre‑award sales activities, shaping deals and providing contract drafting support.
• Build trusted client relationships as the contract management function is client‑facing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant contract management experience.
• Membership in professional contract management bodies (e.g., World Commerce and Contracting, NCMA) is a plus.
• Strong ability to collaborate with executives at all levels.

Required skills

• Experience conducting investigations and drafting confidential reports.
• In‑depth knowledge of local compliance, ethical, and employee‑rights laws.
• Extensive experience in employee relations and workplace investigations.
• Basic understanding of commercial contracting regulations, subcontracting practices, and contract terms.
