Contracts Lead

About the role

Parsons is seeking a senior Contracts Lead to oversee contract management for airfield and airport infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia. The role sits within the Commercial/Contracts Department and acts as the primary liaison between project delivery teams and commercial management, ensuring contractual obligations are fulfilled and commercial risks are mitigated.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and issue contractual letters, notices, responses and claims‑related correspondence.
• Translate construction site issues, delays and technical matters into formal contractual communications.
• Maintain structured correspondence logs and ensure timely responses to contractual notices.
• Monitor day‑to‑day construction activities, including airfield works, fencing, utilities and access roads, and address disruptions through appropriate contractual mechanisms.
• Support contract execution, compliance and administration across multiple packages, tracking obligations, milestones and deliverables.
• Assist in managing variations, claims and change events with proper documentation.
• Liaise with contractors, consultants, clients and internal teams on all contractual matters.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience handling large‑scale infrastructure contracts, preferably in airport or civil aviation projects.
• Strong knowledge of contract negotiation, administration, risk management and compliance.
• Proven ability to work closely with project managers, engineers and commercial teams.
