Contracts Manager

About the role

Bechtel is seeking a Contracts Manager to support the commercial and contractual administration of major infrastructure packages in Riyadh. The role focuses on post‑award contract management and works closely with clients, contractors, consultants, and multidisciplinary project teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the administration of major construction and consultancy contracts in line with contract terms, project procedures, and governance requirements.
• Manage change, variation, and claims processes, including entitlement assessment, commercial evaluation, and negotiation support.
• Provide commercial advice to project and construction teams on contractual rights, obligations, and risk exposure.
• Ensure effective contractual governance and support the delivery of complex construction and consultancy contracts.

Required profile

• Proven experience in post‑award contract administration for large‑scale construction or consultancy projects.
• Strong understanding of commercial governance, risk management, and contract compliance.
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients, contractors, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams.
