Contracts Manager – Transportation Infrastructure

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join our Transportation Business Line in Riyadh. The role will support the delivery of major infrastructure and railway projects across Saudi Arabia and the wider region, ensuring effective commercial and contractual management.

Key responsibilities

• Administer contracts and commercial aspects of large‑scale transport infrastructure programmes.
• Prepare, review and manage payment applications, invoices and other commercial submissions in line with contract terms.
• Support commercial reporting, cost tracking, forecasting and management reporting.
• Draft, review and negotiate contractual correspondence, notices, variations and claims.
• Manage consultancy, subcontract and client agreements, including variations, extensions of time and change orders.
• Identify contractual risks and opportunities and advise project teams.
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, legal and commercial stakeholders on contractual matters.
• Assist procurement and tendering activities, reviewing RFPs, qualifications and contract terms.

Required profile

• Proven experience in contract administration and commercial management within infrastructure, rail or engineering consultancy projects.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to track costs and forecast budgets.
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and external partners.
